10 years have past since the release of Roads to the North, the 6th album from Panopticon. This is the 2nd part of a trilogy that has been long out of print on vinyl. In conjunction with Nordvis, we have given Roads a 10 year makeover. New plates have been cut at the pressing plant for a heavier sound. New and expanded artwork with liner notes and lyrics for the first time adorn a 10" sized booklet. This edition is limited to 1500 copies pressed worldwide.
Roads to the North documents a time of change. A time of saying goodbye to comfort zones, friends, family and moving away from all you've known, to a new state to essentially start over. Austin Lunn so skillfully documented this transitional period of his life, with all the emotional and even cultural upheaval he experienced on Roads to the North. The results stand the test of time and we are thrilled to once again share this powerful album with you.
